Every month I am forcibly injected with the toxic substance: Abilify/Aripiprazole by the Nurse Kathryn A. Sorenson.  She works at the Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)

He is the Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Psychiatrist who both knows antipsychotics are causing me (and all subjected to) extreme morbidities and even mortality; and prescribes them by force of violence against my will and under the threat of a gun (the police)

She is the unelected court official employee of the DHHS who has been given the title of nobility to pass and have enforced ex post facto laws.  In other words she has people arrested illegally as punishment for refusing to show up for her religious ritualistic maiming of persons called patients.

He tried to blacklist me from my lyme disease/ADD medication by making up false diagnosises like “amphetamine induced psychosis” when the only reason they had to take me in was refusal to take their poisons.  He was from the hospitalization at Winnebego in which I noticed the over-prescribing of Haldol and seemingly to African Americans.  He refused to “let” me take abilify instead forcing Invega on me.  He was one of the most unwilling to compromise of any of the psychiatrists/prescribers.  He doesn't treat his patients like humans, instead like the things he tries to make us into=slaves without the capacity to rebel.

(Deprivations of rights under color of law.  I wrote and submitted a review paper which outlined the dangers of antipsychotics and proposed GMO derived Neuronal Growth Factor Eyedrops as an ethical treatment and possibly cure for all of their supposed “mental illnesses” only to be severely retaliated against with warrentless breaking and entering, violent illegal arrest and injection of Haldol, the antipsychotic I named as worst.  I am certain this is retaliatory.

(Signed an unconstitutional three-party petition for a Bill of Attainder to be executed against me.  His testimony that “he was afraid of me” was all it took for the court date to have me involuntarily committed.  All it took was the “being afraid of me” for undefined reasons and without evidence/proof that he should be “afraid of me.”  In the weeks before committing me I noticed him having a conversation in the backyard with one of the officers who illegally detained me under ch.51 in 2017.  I had also overheard a conversation him, my mother and my sister were having with my paternal grandparents in which I distinctly heard my Grandfather reply: “back in my day if we ran into one of those, we would just give him a shot of Haldol and send him on his merry way.”)  

(67 yrs old born 7/16/1954) (Signed an unconstitutional three-party petition for a Bill of Attainder to be executed against me)  Had (months prior to being chapter 51ed/any complaints) previously threatened me with Ch.51 in relation to my refusal to allow them to illegally claim me as a dependent on taxes.  I was self-employed with significant business expenses and paid for the college courses in electrical engineering I was taking and paid for a good portion of my food.  The sum total of my vehicle expenses, equipment and capital investments is greater than any reasonable to charge rent would have come out to, meaning I paid more than half my expenses.  It hurt me to have the dependent status because I was eligible for the “increasing Research Activities” credit that I could use to carry-forward as far as 20yrs as I purchased a fair amount of laboratory equipment.

(Signed an unconstitutional three-party petition for a Bill of Attainder to be executed against me)  The majority of his testimony was about me being delusional because of thinking someone had hacked my bank account, spoofed my phone and possibly something with my computer as well in the same time frame.  I actually used to work as a computer technician for Central Wisconsin DataWorks and did manual virus removal as well as diagnostics etc.  I was surprised by his reaction considering having studied computer science for his B.S., he should be aware of the modern world of data.  He became irrational and agitated after I informed him that one of my bank accounts had been hacked (a checking account with almost no money in it, the phone number associated with the account had been changed from mine to another number which was associated with a relative of one of my class-mates_I documented the evidence and submitted a police report to the Thiensville Police Station regarding the attempted identity theft that included the screen-shots of the online tools I used to track the phone number.  Interestingly my phone number had at this time been spoofed (cloned, used on another phone simultaneously to my phone being active); I determined this by GPS tracking my phone number to find it active both at my location and at a location in Milwaukee, WI).  At the same time as these events my computer showed signs of having unapproved network connections {cmd->netstat -a} that had permission from the internet service provider to hide their IP address: inferred from the symbols in place of a valid IP address [::].  I interpreted this to mean government entity presumably American b/c of the permission from ISP to hide IP address, so I mostly ignored it and went back to the bank account/phone issue.
